OMG THIS BOOK WAS LIKE A ROLLER COASTER THAT ONLY GOES UP.
I seriously felt like I was waiting for that
moment for the WHOLE book!! I get that that's kinda the point, the whole he fell in love with her before the "Harry met Sally moment".It was cute, don't get me wrong. Rainbow Rowell really is talented; she has the ability to bring tears to my eyes at times that really aren't that sad rather are so relateable that it hits you in the heart. This happened here yes, in random scenes like when Lincoln was describing his break up with Sam.
**SPOILER**
It really wasn't that traumatic (girl cheats on boy in college after they've been drifting apart for months). but it was heavy and full of real emotions and thoughts and concerns.
I'm so happy there was a happy ever after.. I really thought we might finally get to the "fireworks" part where Beth & Lincoln meet and then go their own separate ways because of irreconcilable differences.. But I am SO happy that wasn't the case.
Lowish rating because I literally felt like we were climbing a mountain for the whollllllllle book.
